i'm an outboard guy, know nothing about i/os, this boats been sitting for two years, its got a four-cylinder OMC.. engine cranks, but won't start of course... where do i start? plugs, wires, cap n rotor? anything but the dreaded possibility of having to re-build gummed-up carb/s... any suggestions on getting this thing running without taking it in the shorts with cost? any help is greatly appreciated....
