2004 Mercury XR6 150 Warning buzzer at 3000 RPM

My Mercury xr6 150 sounds a warning buzzer after running about 3 minutes at 3000 rpms. I immediatey shut it down, wait a minute and it will run for another 3 minutes and warning buzzer starts again. Water is coming out, smoke is good, gages are good. Any ideas as to what this might be? Thanks for any help.

How is the oil? The oil injection pump may be failing.
