68 Mercury 200 (20hp) Water pump removal help

Please, Could anyone out there, tell me how to replace water pump on a 1968 Mercury 200(20hp) step by step. It would start but no water coming from the pee hole. Thanks you PLease help

The w/pump is pictured in figure 5 there are 2 nuts to remove to get to the impeller.
