65 StarCraft Jet Star Restoration

Hey Everyone,
I have the chance to purchase a 65 Jet Star. The boat is all origional with trailer.. still looking for motor. The Hull is all complete.. Transome has some problems... My question is how hard would it be to restore this. I am new to this and was offered a chance to buy this boat for 200 bucks.. any help is deeply appreciated.. The Seats are rotted away and so is the wood floor. The hull is straight and has fairly new steering cables. Windsheld is complete and has all the lights and buttons...:confused:

You should provide as much information as you possibly can about the boat, including pictures, along with your opinion on your mechanical and DIY experience level, availability of space to do the restoration, tools you think you might need, etc.

You haven't provided enough info to answer the question.

Really, pictures would tell us quite a bit.
