115 mercury need help

Hey i have a 92 mercury 115 2 stroke. im havin a problem and need to see if anyone can help. i can go out and crank the motor fine and it will run for about 1 min. then it will quit. and it wont start back. ive check all of the fuel lines it seems like its flooding out. any ideas would be appreciated thanks

i know this is a stupid question do you it in water or have muff on with a hose hooked to it
