I'm just wondering if 24 hours is enough. I don't want my deck to curl after I take my clamping weights off. There's no stringers to screw mine to like most boats.

Re: PL Cure Time

I waited 24 hours for mine. For non-blobby application it seems to dry completely in that time.

I have been using the PL alot, as Erik stated, thinner areas 1/8" or less 24 hours is good,
But if you have any thicker areas I have been waiting 48-36.
Such as bedding (some areas get quite thick 3/8" or 1/2").

The glue that oozed out is pretty hard now but I can dent it with a fingernail. I think I'll go ahead and pour foam this afternoon and take the weights off on Wednesday. I do NOT want to do this again.
