I have a 1989 Mercruiser 3.7LX, the question is: Where the Plastic water tube comes in from the Gimbal Housing, when the retaining cover for the tube is removed can the tube be removed from the inside of the engine compartment?.......There is a leak that is either coming from the seal around the tube or the tube itself we are trying to investigate?
