I need to convert from the three wire to a two wire wiring.

This would be replacing the solenoid with relays or something similar.

I have two switches, one on the throttle (side mount, evinrude mgr) and one at the back of the boat. Both are active all the time, key on or off.

Does anyone have a schematic to do this, parts lists maybe would be helpful?

Thanks

The most simple way to use a two wire T&T motor is with a reversing solenoid. It puts the power close to the motor and allows vey light wiring to be use for the control switch. If you want to revert to the OEM wiring and component system, it is more complicated and expensive but certainly can be done.
