I own a 1994 Mercury 125. up until last year there were no problems with it. Now it seems to have developed a leak of 2 cycle oil. I have not figured out if this is from a crack in the oil reservoir, a check valve that has gone or a cracked hoseline. It seems to be more noticable when then engine is tilted but doesn't appear to come from filler seal. Also what is easest way to remove the lower cowling, I'm just starting to get into engine repairs.
