I'm told that my gears in the lower unit are all rusted/worn and need to be replaced. Where can I find items for this lower unit or does anyone know of a lower unit for sale in nice shape?

Look up the B.R.P website and write down the #'s for the part's you need. Try sea-way marine and get a online quote they have pretty fare price's. I paid 144 U.S plus shipping for most of the part's I needed. Or try this site
