Please help me with this problem
It's seems easy but i can't figure it out

When the motor is tilted up start up is fine
but when i let it down it dies.

I think it's flooding with fuel when i let it down
can someone confirm?
What can i do??

Welcome dabear!

Does the primer bulb pump up tight?

Do you notice any fuel flowing from the carbs when running?

When you let the motor down, does the engine just stall or is there any sputtering or coughing?

Might want to run a compression test. Sounds like it's dying against the back pressure when lowered down...

priming doesn't feel as tight as it used to be

before i did notice some fuel dripping from the exhaust cover when i priming. not anymore though

could fuel mix in with the propeller gear case?
b/c now i see oil from the propeller maybe it's another problem
how fun!

Any unburned fuel that goes through the engine goes out the exhaust. The exhaust goes out through the propeller. So, therefor it makes sense, right?

With the tilt angle up, the carb float may be topping out earlier. With the tilt angle down, the float may not be closing the valve. This is somewhat confirmed by the ease of pumping. Can you see fuel leaking out the carb as you continue to pump?

It may be as simple as adjusting the float.
