Well it looks like Kenneth Lay will not be serving any jail time in spite of all predictions to the contrary.. Take a look at the story on MSNBC.Com, lead article.

Because it was a bit of hope to recover some of the fortune stolen by him, rather than let his family enjoy it. I bet they lined up to help him when he said his chest hurt.
