I purchased a used boat with a 135 HP Sea Ray outboard motor. I haven't been able to find any information on Sea Ray motors. Is it a sub brand of another manufacturer?

Welcome to iboats.<br /><br />Sea Ray never made a motor. They buy Mercs that are painted white and have their name stuck on. They're All Mercury except for the paint and decals. They're not repainted or relabeled. They get them from Merc that way.
