I looked at a 20' toon yesterday that the owner said had sat in the water since the day he had bought it new. The power head looks like it has never been run, He told me that the boat did not have but about 30 hrs. of run time on motor but I noticed that the lower unit looked to have some sort of corrosion taking place under paint,very rough looking, He told me that he had not painted anything and the foot color matches the rest of motor inside and out, dark blue, and that he did not know why the foot looked rough but that it was gradualy getting worse. Any thoughts would be helpful.
