Hi All,<br />I have a 1997 Merc 200 EFI counter rotation. <br />On a recent trip the engine started a knocking sound that increased if speed were increased.<br />The engine ran briefly during this incident.<br />There is no noise in the idle postion.<br />The noise only occured at 2000 rpms and up.<br /><br />Any hints as what may be wrong....
