    Re: hydro trim mercury/mariner/force is the gold standard of trim wiring. It is also the defacto standard that everybody else from omc to volvo copied. you can buy used off ebay for under $30. make sure to install an inline fuse or circuit breaker between battery (starter post) and relay.
