I've got a pair of 70 hp Yamaha 2-strokes. Starboard engine runs great. Port engine had water in the spin-on fuel filter, so I replaced and drained the tank. Now with fresh premium fuel, it barely starts... only with engine-start spray and will not idle (stalls). I've sprayed carb cleaner...
