I just bough ta 2006 evinrude 2 stroke that starts and runs fine but accessory voltage (12.3) at start drops to 9 or so when put in gear/ Voltage seems fine at battery but trim, radio etc will not fire up after going in forward? it is ok coming out of gate but as soon as throttle advances...
