    Thanks for the replies. I replaced the quad seal while I had everything apart, so hopefully that will fix things. Bt Doctur - what is the water pump wear plate? I replaced everything that came in the Quicksilver Water pump repair kit, is it one of those O-rings? Thanks again. Dave
