    Do I need to have 3/4 ply on the back of the transom where the motor meets the hull??

    I am going to be putting my boat back together an have seen a lot of pictures with plywood in between the motor and the hull. Is the necessary or added support?? What are your thoughts and if needed how to connect to back of transom?

    Look at picture hub not seated all the way??

    Michigan prop I got in trade. Looked not right I compared it to my aluminum prop and it appears the hub was not pressed all the way in. any input?? Can I run it like this? Previous owner stated prop was great and had no problems
