    Broken anti-cavitation plate fix

So this weekend the lake was dirty. I was out cruising Friday night and ran through some crap. A small log must have got into the prop and broke the anti-cavitation plate on one side. Where can I find a replacement? Weld on or otherwise. It's an Alpha 1 Gen 1 outdrive.

    Smart tabs= great people

So I just wanted to throw out a big thanks to Nauticus Inc. I had ordered a set of Smart tabs sx a month or 2 ago. Think smart tabs will help me?

The boat is a 1986 Thompson 196CC. It's a 19'6" Cuddy with the swim platform on the back. I have a 355 with decent heads, Performer intake, Comp XM262cam, and a Qjet. Have an Edelbrock 1410 (750cfm) on the way. With just me and a pass it'll turn 45-4600rpms with a 1.5 drive and a labbed 23p...

    350 Engine advice--GOOD UPDATE!

This is my first post on iboats. I'm fairly new to boats as far as working on them as well as GM stuff. Grown up as a Ford guy. Not new to hotrodding or engines though. Been reading and found plenty of useful info on here. Here is what I have. Ran into a 1986 Thompson 19' cuddy cab w/ a 230/v8...
