    throttle cable setup

    Ok guys, im trying to set up my throttle cable on my 63, 40 hp johnson electramatic. where is neutral on the motor itself supposed to sit? when you push the throttle forward, the cable goes in, so pulls the linkage on the boat forward, when you go backward the cable goes out so pushes it...

    hull grounding

    Hey guys, just wondering if there is any reason to not have my hull grounded? the switch box is mounted on the side of the boat, it would be a weak ground since its just touching, (bolted on its side to wood) but the back touches the side of the aluminum.
