    If the magnets are off of the inside of the flywheel what would this cause? I pulled my flywheel off of the motor I just picked up and the magnets fell out of it. It was running when I first seen the motor. Sorry I am not familiar with boat motors. Thanks in advance Jayme

    1987 Mercury 50hp now wont start

    I was running it yesterday and it ran fine and I got it home and the overheat buzzer went off while I was flushing the motor. Now it wont start. Can anyone tell me how and where to start.
