    88 force 35 hp cd unit

    Here is my question: I have a 88 35hp force that needs a cd or cdi unit, I have a 78 chrysler 35 hp that has one that works. Can I use the chrysler part on the force motor? would this be the same part? I have found the new part online #CDI116-9301 but its expensive and can't afford it right now...

    Chrysler lower unit

    I have a 1978 35hp chrysler outboard that need a lower unit. Will a late 80's force 40 lower unit work as a replacement? they look the same in photo. Thanks

    Chrysler 35hp 1978 shifting issue

    I have a chrysler 35 hp and have had a problem with low idle shifting ( motor does not want to go into gear at lo idle ) it probably has something to do with the adjustment. My question is can I remove the single lever shift box and install a dual box and will this fix my problem

    HELP! chrysler 35hp shifting adjustment

    I have a 35 hp chrysler # 357h8m and I am having trouble adjusting the shifting linkage after changing the water pump, I can get reverse and neutral or forward and neutral but not both. Is there a trick to this? I have also changed the shifting cable.
