    87 cobra 17 ob bilge wire ?

    boat has 2 wires going towards pump and of course 2 from the pump. single on off switch on dash. question is are these the hot and ground, or does pump ground to battery making these wires both parts of the + side? ciurrently no volt or cont. in wires

    85 hp charging circuit question

    tmy 1986 85hp force is not charging battery. I have manual and tested the regulator and the two green/yellow wires coming from stator to regulator . both are showing good. I pulled the + wire off reg and there is no voltage coming out of it. bad stator? voltage reg? or something else I can check?
