    120 force 1992 hard to start cold

    I have a 120 force ser. #0E006533. When I try and start it for the first time when the engine is cold it's very hard to start after it warms up it starts great. I put new plugs in. Is there a easy way to clean the carb or adjust them?

    I have a pontoon with a 40hp evinrude outboard 1992. When I turn the key a beeping device behind the ignition switch beeps once and nothing else happens. What does it mean?

    Garden hose & starting

    When I start my 120 force outboard in the yard with hose I can't get water to come out the top hole of the motor, but if I put it in the lake it comes out fine. Am I doing something wrong?

    I have a 1992, 120 hp. force. When I put boat in this year to start it for the first time I noticed a lot of water coming from behind the prop. Is this normal and I just saw for the first time?

    I have a 92 tracker pontoon with a 40hp evinrude. will a 50hp johnson 2001 fit with the controls?
