10HP Johnson Seahorse year?

I have an old 10 HP Seahorse that I am not sure the exact year of. I know it builds its own pressure with the two lines coming from the tank to the motor. Model# QD 17 B Serial # 1421904. Also I am having a hard time finding the right cap for the tank and a couple of other items. Any suggestions?
