You need to adjust the steering tab on the outdrive located above the prop (you may have a flat plate and no tab) which looks like a small fin mounted up-side down.
There is a hole above it on the outdrive (which may be capped with a rubber plug that pops out)and you will need a wrench (normally an allen wrench) to loosen the bolt. The tab only has a few degrees of adjustment but it does turn.
Standing behind the outdrive turn the tab clockwise and tighten the bolt. This should have an effect on the steering..... you may have to adjust it a few times to get it right.
