Evinrude FASTWIN ??

Bought this motor several years ago have only had it in the water once since purchase. would like to put on my boat this summer and use now that i have the time. What servicing does it need before i place it on the boat?
Second question Serial # 15034-12137 does anyone know the hp and year of this fastwin motor?
Third question where can i find a service and parts manual for this motor?

15034 is a 1 9 6 1 - 18 HP. That's the way I read the chart anyway. 1 and 3 answers are in T.S. File as tx 1 9 6 1 whaler said. Now that's spookey. Rick.
