I just had to go put a new notch in my belt because it's too big. I've been losing weight for a while now, but about a month ago I was stuck at 175. I decided, no more lunch. :( Down to 165 today and none of my clothes fit! I've lost 50lbs now...that's like over 6 gallons of water! :D

See...it's easy to loose weight! Just give up food all together. :p

It's amazing how quickly your stomach shrinks. I get full so much quicker now. I'm only gonna last a few minutes on turkey day. :D

Now I gotta start exercising...my skin doesn't fit either. Maybe next year I can actually take off my shirt in the boat... :p

I actually eat pretty much whenever I'm hungry...except lunch. I do try to not eat at times when I want to eat but really I'm just bored.

If your morals prevent you from joking around about things then you really should not be reading public internet forums.

If you don't agree with MY morals then you don't have to read or participate in MY thread. Thanks. ;)

Re: My belt doesn't fit

zmoz, Concrats on the weight loss. That is not an easy thing to do. I am an exercise specialist, that works for a local hospital. Be careful about skipping meals to lose weight. The most sucessful weight losers eat multiple small meals. You are doing great keep it up. Now might be a good time to start a good exercise program. Start slow and work your way up. When you loose a lot of fat you also loose muscle. So a good weight lifting routime might help. Start with light weights and higher reps, about 15. Start with one set, increase sets as you go. Also do a cardiovasular routine, you know walking, cycling, swimming, ect. Try to accumulate 30 minutes a day. You have done a great job so far, but if you are skipping meals to loose a few extra, you are not doing yourself any favors. Try an exercise program instead. Let me know I would be happy to help in the future

Yeah, that's how I lost most of the first 40lbs or so. Now I can't even eat a big meal if I want to. :)

This "exercise" thing doesn't seem to be agreeing with me. :p

If your morals prevent you from joking around about things then you really should not be reading public internet forums.
In that case ZmOz I suggest you remove your "signature" from your profile as it denegrates everyone else's threads with your implied drug preferences. Smoking pot may be pleasant to some, necessary for others, but using those sort of drugs is illegal here in Australia and as far as I know over there in the USA. All I am trying to do is bring up three teenage boys in a pleasant, legal AND moral way and can do without the constant "it's good to get high" tag when we read your comments. PS: Congratulations on the weight loss - . Enough said.

Re: My belt doesn't fit

Triton, my signature is a line from a famous song by a very peaceful artist and any movie that ever used it would have a G rating. There is not a single word in the song about drug use. If you believe it has a drug connotation that's up to you. The song is about being happy and nothing more. You always have the option to turn off signatures in your profile.

If it was a line from an Eminem song where he violenty murders his wife it would be one thing, this song is about being happy and having fun. If that's illegal in your country I really feel sorry for you. If you can't joke around about something as light as this then the internet is NOT the place where you and your teenagers should be.

Seems to be a common problem in Oregon/Washington ZmOz, for both sexes. One of my pet pieves is that when I go out on the water, a) there are very few girls to oogle at, b) the ones that are out are all covered up with shirts and shorts. (I'm probably glad that is so)

I'm used to California water recreation areas where all the girls, like Bassy, are wearing their yellow pokka dot bikinis. :D

Keep up the good work and strike one for the beauty of the human body.

I have to go to california often and stay near Newport Beach. I always think "How come nobody is fully clothed?!" :D

I guess it's best people up here keep their clothes on. We're all fat and blindingly white. :p
