What's lame is you didn't read this - NOTES: new forum members must make 3 posts to the forum before they can upload photos. iBoats will only upload JPEG, JPG, GIF & PNG files. Your file size must be below 700KB in order to upload it to the forum. Linked files (option #3) do not have a size restriction.

Which came from this - http://forums.iboats.com/forum/forum...pload-tutorial

Do not use Option 3 if you use Photobucket.

Until you can add a photo, what is written on motor and what color is it?

No, did not read. Just diy my OMC 120 inboard. Not sure how old it is. Resigned to take out existing running motor and transmission, potiential carb issue, to another engine I was fortunate to locate. So the bellows is what I learned about today. Trying to find one before Monday. Fiberform 18'?
GM 4 cylinder block with dual single barrel carbs.
3937746 block cast, GM 11
Carter 1754? Carbs. Looking for rebuild kit.

Actually, do I need to remove the bellows or can they lift the motor out with it still seated? Thanks.

answered in your other post. BTW, stop creating multiple posts on the same topic. pull drive, pull boot ring, push boot in hole, undo 4 stringer mounts, pick, motor and intermediate housing out as whole unit.

the motor you have is a mid 70's OMC 120 (2.5 liter) with dual carbs

the only thing that will fit in an OMC stringer transom is an OMC stringer
