Probably around 80.

How strong are you?? I think I would be happy with anything over 60psi if I did it my way.

Good i have 90 psi on this lil motor. Another ? I've been looking at parts diagrams of the lower unit. Is there just 2 seals for this lower? one for the output shaft and one under the water pump. I havent replaced them yet. Keep getting water in the lower unit.

The most common cause of water intrusion is re-use of the gasket under the drain plug. Confirm that before you start fixing stuff that may not be broke.

That gasket must be replaced every time the plug is removed. It is not a washer; it is a crushable one time use gasket. Reuse it and you WILL have water intrusion.
