Suzuki DF140 Fuel Water Separator

Hello,

I’m hoping to get some guidance on where the fuel water separator is on my outboard 2021 Suzuki DF140 ATL3 and how to clean and/or replace it. There’s seems to be all kinds of videos and information online for every piece of this engine except that. I called the dealer and they said it was located in the engine rather than mounted externally as seems to be the case of many outboard engines.

The fuel line goes directly into the motor..

are you saying you cannot pull the cowling off to see where the fuel line runs around on the motor?
