Hi. I’m fairly new to owning a boat and was wondering if anybody here could tell me what this is on the back of my pontoon toon. To me it seems like some sort of trim tab? But not sure. The thing is that only the starboard side has it on there. The port side doesn’t have one on it. Also when I’m underway and throttling, the port side of my boat goes lower than the starboard so I’m not riding flat. Could this “tab” that is not on the port side and only on starboard be causing the port side to drop when I’m going? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Ahhhh. Yeah I guess that makes sense now. Any thoughts on why the boat goes down on port side when I’m giving it more throttle? Or I guess how I would fix that?
