Ski Tow Bar

I have a 2010 Ultima 162, I ordered the transom mount ski tow bar, the instructions were non-existant. I notice that the Starweld uses the same part.
Anyone have anypics of this bad boy mounted? Just wondering how far below the waterline this has to be mounted?
