Proline 2002 23 WA Scuppers on deck are clogged

Any tips like can you unscrew the top & run a coat hanger down there.....any ideas? Thanks

The nozzle of the hose fits perfectly in the thru hull on the outlet. A couple of blasts with full water pressure in the outlet followed with a couple of full pressure blasts in the drain typically opens the drain
