Mid rise Victor jr clone and Holley HP830 fits. The motor sits 2" lower thanks to the smaller flywheel housing

The last v8 I was into was a 10 year old 57 Chevy. Back then we would put solid lifters and a 3/4 race cam. After going through your links I see that cams are much different than then. Don't know if solid lifters are even used anymore let alone two 4 barrel carbs, witch was a good time in those days.
