Hi folks, New here. Frequently post on a couple of other boating forums as DaveR. My signature describes my current boat nicely. It's my second Regal. First Regal was a 1998 2100 LSR that I really liked but outgrew.

Nope....rather new to boating...only been on the small 100acre lake near me (Falls Pond)...Wallum Lake in Douglas MA and the ocean (Naraganset Bay and Boston Harbor). I hear Winnipesaukee can be rather crowded during the summer. Thanks for the invite...who knows...maybe I will be in your neck of the woods sometime.

-JMW

Re: New to forum

It can indeed be crowded and also difficult to navigate but the views and atmosphere there make Winnipesaukee worth the effort and hassle.

Sebago and Long Lake are connected by the easily navigable Songo River and together make up an area comparable in size to Winnipeasaukee. The atmosphere is far more laid back than Winnipesaukee, but lacking in amenities like retaurants and shopping, in comparison. We enjoy both so much that a trailerable boat is a given for us.
