Actually, @CHESSIEBILL should have started his own topic, since the original poster's issue was resolved. But w multiple responses, Chelsie can track progress here. Normally that'd be discouraged in favor of a new seperate topic.

But the retail complaint topics aren't shut down, as long as they are valid and not disrespectful.

Hello iBoats, I have tried contacting you a dozen times about order 6228235 over the last 6 weeks thru your web site and direct email. It has been 3 months since I have seen any correspondence regarding this order, I do not have any emails from you ending up in my spam or junk mail folders. Please contact me asap. Thanks,

Have you tried calling customer service?
