Honda trim unit fit on a tahatsu engine?

Hi guys, I have a 2019 tahatsu 90 four stroke engine. It has a damaged tilt and trim unit. My question is does the Honda trim unit of the same year am size work? They look to be the same thing. Anyone with some more knowledge than me please help!

I agree the parts appear to be identical in the pictures.----As long as hole spacing and dimensions are the same ?----I think it is worth a try.
