I am looking at a boat that is for trade ...trhe man said it is a cobia, i can't tell...the hull # is BG0870201788 any help would be great...year? make?<br /><br /> thanks

BGO (not a zero on the end there) is for Crossover Marine. They might have made a model that was called a Cobia.<br /><br />If it were made by Cobia (http://www.cobiaboats.com)<br />then the hull ID would begin with CBA.<br /><br />Check out this USCG link and you can type in your own queries:<br /> http://www.uscgboating.org/recalls/mic_database.htm
