Bow-Casting Lost

I am finishing up the restoration of our 16' Smoker-Craft (think its a mid 80s voyager) and we do not have a bow-casting (my uncle tried to restore it, didn't finish it and lost the casting). Where could I get one of these or would I be just as far ahead to manufacture one myself ?
