Boat taking on water !!!

I purchased a 2005 Basstracker Panfish. I put it in the water today, and it started taking on water in the back of the boat almost immediately. Drain plug is new and was sealed. Any advice would be helpful on what I can do ?

Plug the livewell intake and drain holes.
Very likely that the cheap plastic tubing used has either broken or become disconnected after 20 years.

Possible you can access it from the bilge area, but likely you would need to remove the floor to repair it properly.

Plug/seal those holes, and go fishing.

Gotta get down in there to see where the water is coming in at.....boats can leak in different areas, gotta hunt it down.

At first glance I'd say the garboard drain is the opening in the far left of the picture posted #1. But all I'm looking at is a photo outside the hull

Agree with others here about live well intake/drain fittings/hoses, notorious for leaks and in some cases near impossible to easily reach for inspection/repair

With a severe leak like you have it ought to be quite obvious where the water is entering. Sometimes a decent light and mirror aids greatly in locating a leak source

Well at least you can plug those two open drains and see if the leak stops. If so then open each one separately to find out which one it is. You might even be able to do it in your driveway by squirting a hose into each hole and have someone watch for signs of water inside the bilge.
