Any issues with long periods of going Slow No Wake (70HP)?

I've kind of been smitten with just putting along on a 20 mile lake (sort of like I'm pontooning) and I know that some of the 2strokes changed over to change the oil ratio depending on the speed of the engine.

So my Q is do I need to be concerned with the engine "loading up (if I'm getting the correct terminology)" if I continue at or just higher than idle for an hour or two?

And if it did, how long do you need to run it to clean it out? Would any on-plane speed do it or WOT?

Not to worry. Some motors get ran all day at idle with no problem. Well OK there are a few models that will foul plugs, but that is an inherent design problem. All SHOULD run slowly without problems
