86 Suzuki 200 will not plane out

I have a beautiful 200 that will not run properly. The carbs are clean, fuel has good pressure, strong spark ect.

Is there a fail safe for the oil system that will kill the motor? I run premix.

or an ignition cut for something else?

I'm completely lost

Also it idles and revs with out issues. problems start when its in gear in the water.
