Boat was spraying gas out of the carbs,
Rebuilt 4 carbs, then I had an issue where it would stall if it was given too much throttle.
Rebuilt them again, this time using a ultrasonic cleaner. We were able to run it for a while with seemingly no problems. We decided to test it, and give it a lot of throttle. It struggled at first then seemed fine. We decided it was good and then when we went to lower the throttle, the engine died and would not start back up. Embarrassingly, we had to get towed back to the dock.
Now the engine will start for about 20 seconds, then stall, and I can do that a few times before it wont start anymore (seemingly flooded?)
There is some gas in the water after trying to start it, but I feel around the carb assembly and I don't feel any gas, however, I do feel gas when I touch the bottom of the intake silencer. There is a tube behind it that connects to the carb assembly, but I'm not sure what it actually does, and I can't feel it with the silencer in front of it.
I have a 1F75412CD Mercury outboard engine
