Project boat. Replacing the floor and the foam. (Waterlogged by previous owner not maintaining it) Have it all removed, just wondering if anyone has done this and what foam weight did they go back with. 4 or 6 lb.???

Make sure the stringers are sound. After the foam is poured, cured and trimmed, lay strips of poly resin saturated cloth on the stringers and screw the plywood deck to the stringers with stainless steel screws. Cover the plywood with at least two layers of light, saturated FG cloth, or one heavy layer of cloth.

Poly resin can dissolve foam, so be careful with it. I also like to use dry pressure treated plywood, as it can better tolerate any leaks into the plywood from seat mounting screws or other hardware.

I'm pretty sure a Sylvan Backtroller is aluminum, I'd avoid pressure treated as it's often corrosive to aluminum....

should also have aluminum stringers so they should be good to go.

And rivets for installing the deck down to the stringers and rib ends

If hull is aluminum, PT lumber is out, as is resin/cloth on the stringers.
