Hello everyone. Sorry it has been a while.

I traded my 1984 Happy Traveler fiberglass jon boat for the Steury with an adjustable roller trailer. As far as I can tell, the Steury needs a motor, (which I have from my Cobia project) control box, some gauges, wires, and accessories. The floors are solid. Shocker, I know. However, the boat sits covered most of the time. PO purchased a custom fit cover for it as well as a bimini top. It has a powered anchor on the bow. It could use a new coat of top and bottom paint. I will take and post pictures once it stops raining here.

I am going to remove the carpet. I do not want to put down carpet. What are some other options? I was thinking linoleum or other easy to clean flooring. Boat will be used primarily for fishing. I will be cleaning and gutting fish on the water at times.

Stator should be here tomorrow or Thursday. Anything I should look out for when replacing? Anything else I should replace while it is apart?

Still looking for a control box and wiring harness local. Located one thru ebay. However it is in Oregon.

Thanks;

I got my stator in the mail yesterday. Now I just need it to stop raining.

Where would I look to find the draft of the Steury TC517C tri hull? I tried google but came up empty.
