A Boat is a Hole in the Water, that you continuously pour Money intoI am searching for a 12v choke solenoid but they seem to be expensive.
I don't have the answer but don't be afraid to ask questions....we are all newb's really!Sorry for all the newb questions. Do these old engines not have a reverse lockout? Or do I just tighten the bolt that goes through the mount My 89 has a switch on the engine to lock it in place to make sure the engine doesn't move while in reverse.
I really appreciate all the help even if you think I'm annoying lol.
Ya I just saw that. I wrote it here first before there today. Im on this forum more. I need to just buy the membership so I have access to all the service books.Lock down was answered in the other forum where you asked the same question.
Ah ok. Thank you so much. You are helping me out a ton. I appreciate itUm, a bit of misunderstanding here. Previously posted lockdown was for 1955-up. Here is 1954 version, item #64. It is latched automatically by putting shifter in reverse.
