Just bought used '94 seaswirl striper 192 , took out 1st time & the neutral lock on throttle disengaged....leaving it inoperable! Is this easy to replace?
1994 sea swirl 192 striper used......first time out and went to start in neutral, give it the throttle and the neutral lock broke, leaving the throttle inoperable! Is this hard to repair? It did work when I test drove the boat ( of course!). Any suggestions?
